Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 100 lb - i dont know if i should be happy or not. i have a very hard stomach from alot of muscle but now i still have a layer of fat and a pooch that makes me look like im pregnant. also, since i have that muscle, i look even fatter cuz the muscle sticks out and i look wider in my waist. i cant do anymore crunches cuz i dont want more muscle but cardio isnt working on burning that fat. what should i do?

maybe u do need to step ur cardo like running jumproaping ect. tht burs alot of fat, yeah and dont be so mean melody. who uses the word blunt.and how do u know shes not eating rite maybe her eating habbits are fine,

umm what can i say yuor not special as in your not the ONLY person that cannot burn fat through cardio, your not doing enough cardio then step it up!!!!!! and are your eating habits o.k
