Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I've only been up for 7 hours and I all ready had a bowl of cereal. a peanut butter sandwich, 3 eggo waffles and some pretzels. I always screw up like this. I plan to exercise 2 hours or more today and do a lot of house cleaning but any idea how not to always mess up like this?

After you eat anything Workout some try to burn off 1/2 of whatever you ate. this helps to way if you know your going to have to workout a lot you will eat less + you cant really put off working out
