Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 205 lb - screw it.Im dieting for real now, no one can stop me , its time to do my excercise regime, 45 burbies and 1/2 hour of biking i also eat a lot of protein fruits and veggies almost no carbs!!!

thats great, but carbs arent your problem. just be very aware of nutrition facts. be getting enough protein. watch out for fat and sugar content. my moms a personal trainer, and i know for a fact that carbs arent the only reason people gain weight. there are such things as good carbs. carbs=energy, remember?
