i have the same prob with my family. i try to think positive and say "i'll lose weight and be happier", but i doesn't always work. tell your family just how much you hate when they eat junk food in front of you tell them your trying to lose weight. maybe that'll help.

Oh and some tips for helping boost your will power is to remind yourself of how happy you'd be if you lost some weight and felt confident. Think of it in the easiest way possible, which is thinking mind over matter. Convince your mind that you don't need those snack foods and that they don't provide you with anything. Drink water when you really start to crave or chew gum. Keep yourself occupied whenever you can so you don't think as much about it.

I think in order for you to be successful you have to talk to your parents about it. Tell them that you're trying to eat healthier and that you would appreciate it if they could stop bringing home so many sweets or hide them from you. Your parents should respect your decision and help you by buying healthy foods. You should take advantage of walking a dog if you have one, or just walking around when its nice outside, or swimming or riding a bike. But until you talk to your parents about the food issue, unless you are extremely self controlled, than it will be very difficult. Don't give up! Good luck.
