Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Hi I am going on vacation in two days and I don't want to really count the calories I eat while on my cruise but I don't want to gain weight. Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy eating on vacation?

try and eat what you normally would eat at home, but in smaller portions, since you probably won't be working out as much on a cruise.

I went on a cruise two months ago and I gained SO MUCH WEIGHT! I dont know what to tell you - its practically impossible to resist the food. Just eat less, I guess (I didnt and look what happened).

there is a gym on the cruise go for like an hour every day on the treadmill or bike. Hmmm eat small portions

I 4 got to ask how much exercise should I do? Like how much a week? or a day?
