Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok I don't think I did to bad for the 4th of July. I had one hamburger on a bun with ketchup ,some barbgue chips, potato salad, sweet tea one glass, home made macroni cheese,and water, one slice of cheesecake. I though about eating more but I though is this going to help me reach my goal.that's for lunch for breakfast I had a bagel with cheese and egg and bacon and water. For supper I'm gonna probly have 2 100 cal paks things. And that's probly about over 1200 calories. Then I'm gonna do 30 min taebo then it's also tabeo but a different type and that's 44 min's long. So'll have and hour and 4 min plus i'm gonna clean my closet and that's a lot of bending down. SO How did I do

I ended up not doing the exercise but I did do 15 min's though and I ate more than like 2000 calories. todays a new day though

I dont want to rain on your parade...but your day was not very good at all. First of all your meal had about 1000-1500 calories alone...then add on the bagel with cream cheese, bacon, and eggs, thats at least 500 more calories. And the food that you ate had lots of fat and empty calories(like mayo) There was also alot of carbs. Try next time to have a burger with NO bun, some veggies, UNSWEETENED iced tea,fruit, then treat your self with like a popsicle or something like that.
