Ht. 5'3", Start: 192 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone.I really want to lose some weight before school starts.I know there is no way to get to my goal before then but i can get close.The only problem is that i cant get motivated and also that eating healthy is hard in my house bc my parents do the grocery shopping and they just buy junk food.Any ideas? Please help.

WELL MAYBE YOU CAN ASK THEM TO BUY SOME HEALTHY STUFF FROM THE STORE OR YOU CAN JUST KEEP EATTING WHAT YOU R NOW BUT KINDA CUT IT IN HALF OR JUST TAKE OUT 1/4 OF IT. DRINK LOTS OF WATER ...YOU CAN START OFF WITH SIMPLE THINGS WITH EXCERCISING BY JUST WALKING AROUND THE HOUSE MORE OR ANY THING LIKE THAT ,,,TAKE A LIGHT JOG AROUND THE BLOCK... AND IF WANT YOU CAN GET A FRIEND TO HELP U THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY LIKE I HAVE A GOOD FRIEND THAT I DO IT WITH.
