Ht. 5'0", Start: 130 lb, Today: 129 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg!! cross-country started today, well pre-season weight lifting, running starts next week. anyway, i was in the weight room of my highschool, and all the freshman football players were in there too, and i knew half of them. they are all benching like a bunch, and i'm doing 5 lbs, the lightest possible. i went to school with most of them too. anyway, i was wondering what some good strength conditioning exercises are that i can do at home. thanks a bunch!!!!

Some good strength exercises are jumping jacks, push-uos(on knees if ya need, I do) squats, lunges, lateral lifts w/ 3-5lb dumbells, tricep and bicep curls w/ dumbells, and dead arm lift w/ dumbells!
