Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I'm going to like post this stuff every day and see how ya'll think I did. Breakfast: cookie crisp cereal w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: Garden Burger pattie w/ ketchup & mustard & a salad w/ lettuce, tomato, parmesean cheese, & wonton strips; Snack: plum; Dinner: Smart Choice tv dinner- chicken in peanut sauce w/ noodles & veggies & a cup of 1% milk; Dessert: chocolate vitamin muffin; Exercise: 20 minute bike ride & 10 minute walk...I know the exercise isn't great but I'm sore and wanted to take it easier today....I'd love some feedback!! Thanks guys!!

Sounds good. I think you need some more protein in your diet though. Hmm..maybe add an egg to your lunch? But other than that, you're doing good! Only 10 more pounds to go! :D Keep it up. Oh, and I understand that you wanted to take it easy. We all need days to relax!
