Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 227 lb, Goal: 205 lb - nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! i just ate oven fries, lots of cheese/onion bread/crispix cereal omgggg!!!!!! im gonna go biking for a while now, do you think it mith be able to balance it?

Yes, whenever you eat bad just go exercise! Even when you allow yourself a "treat" make sure to get in some good exercise that day so you don't gain any weight and will keep going towards your goal weigh! =]
