Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - okay so breakfast- green tea 0 cals, 1 banana, lunch-salad w/ tomatoes, some tuna no mayo, steamed broccoli, 1 cup of applesauce, dinner- 1/4 cup of rice w/ chicken and veggies and a glass of milk. Exercise- 30 min. exercise bike, 9 various core and strength workouts (Ex-jumping jacks, lunges...) walk/jog around the block, its hilly. So how did I do? Any suggestions too. Please and thank you!

it won't rip your lining. It just has a lot of acid in the pop and your stomach will take care of it because your stomch also has a lot of acid. My teahcer told me this. You did really good on everything

yea even tho it has no calories. It'll literally destroy your body. It will rip the lining of your stomach and do much worse. However it's OK to have diet soda sporadically

srry i 4 got to ask anyone will you gain weight if you drink diet soda?
