Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 302 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Im ticked. I worked out ALL DAY LONG and only lost one pound. WWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY??????

woops. I didn't mean 4-5 pounds a day, I meant how many pounds you were used to losing earlirt, like yesterday and the day before..

You shouldn't get used to losing 4-5 pounds a day. Also, it could also discourage you by weighing your self every night. I would try once a week. Your weight goes up and down constantly.

Dude some days you may not lose any weight. You're going to need quite awhile to reach your goal...seriously. Just dont stop exerciding and eating right. You're gonna get frustrated but DONT give up.
