Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i feel really good about today! small bowl of oatmeal, yogurt, 5 tortilla chips, 12" veggie delight on wheat from subway(6" for lunch and 6" for dinner). About an hour and a half of walking too. What do you think? :)

That's really good! It'd be even better if you had fruit. Next time you could try getting the fresh fit meal from subway (it comes with apple slices or raisins and diet pop) =]

maybe next time u can increase some of your walking to like walk,powerwalk,or a jog and like work your way up to running in small steps
