Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: french toast w/ sugar-free jam & powdered sugar, 1/2 an orange & a plum; Lunch: cherries & reese's 100-cal pack; Dinner: Taco Time Lite meal- chicken taco w/ guacamole & salsa & chicken bean chili & diet coke; Exercise: 40 minute walk....I might have ice cream later or something IDK yet but how'd I do?

Hi I am 5'1 and weigh 127 too and I want to weigh 115 so we are like on the same track! Umm, ok for breakfast and dinner, but you should eat more for lunch so you don't get hungry or burn out. Excercising is good too and maybe eliminating sweets to only once a week will help.
