Ht. 4'11", Start: 124 lb, Today: 124 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Ok i need some help!! any ideas to lose 5 pouds in 1 or 2 weeks?????????

drink lots of water and 2 cups (measure) of milk per day. eat all your fruits and vegies and get plenty of fiber. get protien from meat or eggs. dont eat after 9pm ( i like to not eat after 8 but its hard)
