Oh, don't worry, one pound is nothing. If you're going to weigh yourself everyday only take the number at the beginning of the week and the number at the end of the week seriously. Weight fluctuates throughout the day/week with water weight, etc. 1,000 calories is pretty low, too. Is that being monitored? Most people who are trying to lose weight usually stay at about 1,200-1,400 calories (well, if they're doing it the healthy way.) If you are being completely healthy though, no problem and congratulations on doing so well with the workout and food!

Don't weigh yourself everyday, your weight will flactuate each day and get you down. Just remember to exercise and figure out how many calories you need to eat. What works best is if you find an online calculator and figure out how many calories you're body burns a day by doing nothing, then tailor it to your weightloss needs.

1 pound isnt nothing. Sumtimes ur body goes threw changes so that could of been why the scale said 1 more pound. Sometimes when I weigh myself my weight jumps back and forth from a pound or 2. Dont let it get u down! just keep on doin what ur doin. AND try not to work urself to much. Exercise is important but 30-60 mins a day is good enough. Good Luck!
