From Elizabeth, Age 13 - 06/01/07 - IP#: 70.230.161.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey i'm soo glad its summer and my goal is to lose 20 pounds by august 20(start of school again). i have been trying to lose weight foreverrr but have never been able to lose more like a couple of pounds. last winter i gained a lot of weight :( (about 10 pounds) and i have managed to keep my weight stable but no matter what i do it wont go down. i know HOW to lose weight- eat healthy and excercise. but i eat really healthy and excercise about an hour 5-7 days a week. i also go to the gym 3-4 days a week. i am determined to reach my goal by the end of the summer! does anyone have any tips on how to boost metabolism( i think that may be part of my problem), lose weight, and toning excercises?? thanks guys and good luck to everyone!
Reply from Staci, Age 16 - 06/25/07 - IP#: 71.160.159.xxx I know how you feel when you say you're doing great but then you hit the weight you're at and you just absolutely can't go lower!! it's like you're at a brick wall and you just cannot get past it!! but theres a light at the end of this tunnel!! just keep going how you are and maybe step it up a notch, if you're ready, that is. maybe it'll just be that extra boost you need to knock down that wall!!
