Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I went cold turkey last night: I didnt eat any peanut butter. It was hard but i did it. I did eat too many calories yesterday though. I am going to cut back today.

yeah like the poll thingie this month says, losing weight is a lot like coming off a drug or quittin smoking "cold turkey". . . hang in there mikayla.. u can get through detox . . :-)
