I also agree with Kaitlyn don't go ok my goal is 150 go my goal is to be healthy. Do things like dropping soda and eating at least 2 friuts and veggies every day those are things that are easy to stick with. My goal is to be able to do the stradle so I've been doing yoga every day. I'm really close to my goal and i feel great about it. So just take small steps. It's hard to do but when you start it's normaly pretty quick going if your over weight by more than 20 lbs. Also ideal weight so like perfect for an average fram at the height of 5 ft tall is 105.

Yes you are. a healthy weight for you would be between 105 and 125 lbs. Try and get down to 150 in the next year. Thats 50 lbs less than a pound a week. If you eat healthy and exercise it will be easy to do!!

yes i think u are i think a healthy weight for u would be 100-110 but take it in small steps like baby steps set a goal for 195
