Ht. 5'5, Wt. 191 - i'm 5'5 and i weigh 191 pounds. It's horrible. All of my friends are smaller then me, when i hangout with them i always feel ashamed of my body. Just by looking at me you wouldn't know that i weigh that much. I'm starting to not eat anymore. I need help someone who has advice plz help me. i am just like that, i am goin into the 8th grade and all of my friends are like 80-90lbs so i learned that if you tone up, you look smaller than losing weight alone

You shouldn't not eat, you should just make small lifestyle changes that will lead you to a healthier...well...you! First off, tell yourself you can do it. Even if you feel a little stupid- tell yourself. It will make you believe it a little more each day. 2) If you are a big soda drinker, start to cut soda out of your meals. If you drink three a day, try drinking only three a week until you can completely cut it out. It can put on almost 25 pounds, and diet soda is even worse. 3) Try to cut down your portion size. You can still eat the foods you love, just try getting more fruits and vegetables, along with your favorite foods in small portions. If you try to deprive yourself of them, you will most likely cave and eat back everything you lost. 4) Drink A LOT of water. It takes only 8 cups of anything to get your stomach really full...so try drinking three before any meal. Then you will only have room for a small salad with veggies or half a sandwich with fruit. 5) Get up and move! Exercise is the best way to tone your muscles. Even if you gain weight in the beginning (muscle weighs more than fat!) it will pay off in the long run. --Now say to yourself, "I can do it!" I know you can! =)

well i don't think not eating would be a good thing, you should just try excersies.
