cardio (walking, running jogging, jump rope, swimming, soccer, lacrosse....), crunches (they dont burn fat but they start to tighten your ab muscles so when you lose the weight you are toned), and basically healthy dieting and WATER!!! good luck =)

sits ups.hoola hoops.belly dancing. or you can do body excersizes and your stomache will lose weight as well like running/jogging/walking.
