Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - I know how many glasses of water you are supposed to drink a day, but how many ounces are you supposed to drink? I know I could look it up, but maybe someone on here has it in memory? thanks

64 ounces a day..basically 8 normal glasses of water.

This will sound weird but you know your drinking enough water when your pee is clear. If it's not then your body needs more water.
