Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - How'd I do today? Breakfast: Kix with 1/2 cup of skim milk (150), Lunch: Lean pocket (280) grapes (40) and carrots with 1 tbsp french onion dip (50). Plus a propel during the day (25). Dinner: 1 flatbread (100), 17 twizzler bites (130) 6 bagel chips (130) and 1 1/2 cup of chicken noodle soup (150), making my total 1055. I know that is less than 1200 but I am sooo full right now, and throughout the day I was satisfied? I think my stomach may feel a little sick because I haven't had any junk food at all this week so I treated myself to some twizzlers because I was way under calories. ?? responses ?? Oh and for physical activity I did some toning for about a half hour, crunches, lunges, squats, etc. and played tennis for 45 minutes and just hit the volleyball around for 15. ??

Just keep in mind that there is more to a diet than calories.

That good. As long as your over 1000 I think it's ok. You do very good with exercise. You should drink more water, unless you just don't add it in?

If you feel full and your body is satisfied your doing good. But it doesn't seem like you had a dinner?? I guess I just don't see soup as dinner. Try maybe frozen dinners over soup just cuz you have a long time to wait befor your eating again. I like the healthy choice dinners. There super low in calories and the have desserts in them :) I would say your doing a good job cuz you are listening to your body. Thats what being healthy is. Knowing your body.
