Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay to say to some who replied me I ate a weight watchers english muffin. The mustard that I ate was not that much and where are you getting your information. I didn't eat all of the things that I wrote on there because at the end note that I said I hadn't eaten dinner yet and I was thinking of eating those things meaning I only ate 500 calories plus I just ate supper (a weight watchers english muffin).

Mandy is right you do need some veggies and fruits in that daily meal plan. Or at the vary least a good multi vidmin(sp?). Anyways you can have your cake and eat it too just control your portions. Think of it this way you have so many calories to eat in a day if you eat all the calories on junk you will fell like crud cuz your body can't run on sugar alone. If you eat all good your body will be happy but you will probably be craving the cake. And if you eat good most of the day and exercise then have your cake no later then 4 in the after noon you will not only feel good buy you won't feel deprived of sweets either. What one works best for you?? I persanaly would take the last one.

I clearly said..."the amount of calories you have eaten/WILL EAT IF YOU CHOOSE ONE OF THE THREE DINNERS YOU SUPPLIED YOURSELF you will have eaten 750" I meant to say 650 though. So I had no false information. Alos you didn't say it was a weight watchers, so I didn't know. I also didn't mean to reply 3 times, only 2.
