Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 172 - Okay so my aunt is on the weight watchers diet and on it you get this daily points range and since I've been on it I gained 3 lbs and I don't know why. My aunt thinks that I am going to go through the "family growth spurt" soon and that is why I gained teh weight but lately I have felt like it has been because of the diet. I know that I think I have been eating more than I should because I have been doing this experiment to see how many calories are counted in one point I get 22 points and there are 70 calories per point that means that I am eating 70x22=1540 and that is like 340 over what I am supposed to eat but how do I tell my aunt that I can't be on the diet any more if she only enourages me on this diet!!!!!! I NEED TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, if you go to MyPyramidTracker.com, enter your weight and height, to slowly and healthfully lose weight I am supposed to eat 1600 calories, so maybe thats what WeightWatchers is doing?

Yepp her you think your getting to many points and then ask if you can lower your points down to 18 or 19 and also remember you can bank your points so you don't have to use them all!!
