Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - Today I think I only ate about 1000-1200 calories: Breakfast= 1/2 toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter (135) Lunch= Lean pocket (280), a cup of strawberries (28), Snack= a handful of grapes (20), Dinner= two bowls of cereal (300??) with skim milk and (this is the bad part) FIVE pieces of organic flatbread. They are like crackers, but they are about as big as a graham cracker. They have about 75 calories EACH. 5 x 75 = (375) so, total for today was 1138. I also didn't do much exercise. I walked .5 miles, played vball for 15 minutes, and had this self defense class thing, but none of those got my heart rate pumping. I just don't have the time to workout plus everything else- and my tennis class was canceled due to rain! Ah I feel terrible today. And I gained a pound.

Don't worry!! You didn't eat to much. You arn't going to gain any for today. And back away from the scale for at least a week before you weigh your self again!! Don't give up!! U can lose the weight and keep it off!!
