Ht. 5'4", Wt. 149 - okay i have a question.
say i lost 30 lbs. and i go to 120. Would i have like extra skin? because if thats going to happen thats even worse than having fat i think. I mean how do you get rid of that skin?

If you lose weight slowly. Not fast like that. Also toning helps, because it helps the muscles & skin tighten. you can lift weights for that :]

I don't think so...it only happens if you're like 500 lbs or something because that's a lot of excess skin.

If you lose the weight healthfully your skin will act as an elastic and tighten up as you loose the weight. You shouldn't have any extra skin as long as you don't loose the weight drastically. Because no matter what, your skin weighs 6 pounds. It just depends on the elasticity of it.

If you lose the weight slowly it won't leave extra skin. And I'm pretty sure you can get lotions that will slowly tighten your skin or at least help with that. Also remember sometimes you don't need to lose the weight for looks as much as for health. It you lose 30 lbs you won't have enough lose skin to matter it will go back to normal size. I started at 150 myself and have lost 20 lbs I lost it pretty quick and have been at a platue for about a year(for lack of trying) and now I'm looking to lose 10 more lbs. I don't have any lose skin or stretch marks. Of course I'm sure it's different for everyone.
