Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Hey guys, didn't come on here for a while...my final exams are over! which means the WORKING OUT BEGINS! I was on the treadmill today and I walked&jogged 4 miles on it, lost 75 carbs and 401 calories. I'm feeling great and rejuvenated! downfall--- I think I pulled a muscle in my left leg lol probably because I'm not used to the treadmill...we just got it. Hope everyone is doing great!

You probably didn't pull a muscle. If so, you would barely be able to walk, if at all. It's probably just sore from using different muscle groups. Make sure you do a good stretch before and after exercising. Good job!!!

Make sure to stretch for 10 minutes before you do any running. Other than that good job!!

good job. I wished I had a treadmill. It's better than walking/running outside, and it's easier.
