Ht. 5'6, Wt. 265 - I really need help with losing weight...I mean I try and try but I give up. I usually cry because I am sooo fat! I need some tips and I need help! so if you can help me respond to this!

Ok don't cry. You over ate to make yourself the size you are. Wether it was emotional eating, eating out of boredom, or just eating cuz you LOVE food. Just stop doing that right now! You are the only one that can change your weight! Sure it helps to have suport but in reality it's your body and your the one that puts the food in it. Now for my tips. 1)Know what your goals are and don't change them! Like my goal is to be toned up for sports and be a size 7 comftorably. I'm not 2 concerned about weight but I think it will take me losing about 10 lbs to get that goal. 2) Drink lots of water!! Don't drink soda!! And Soda seems like a hard one for some ppl but after you don't drink it for a while you don't crave it! The only soda I drink any more is diet and thats only when I have to have soda at my friends house. She only drinks diet soda. there is nothing else in her house and she has nasty water 3) Chew sugar free gum. It keeps your mouth busy and is only 5 caloris a piece! 4)Get out and move!! any way you can!! Just move!! 5) Brush your teeth after every meal. It keeps you from over eating. 6) Learn to love your self for you. Even if you do hate your body love yourself!! your body is only one improfection. Don't cry about it...YOu are human and you will have set backs while trying to lose weight but as long as you never give up you will win the battle with your weight!!
