Ht. 5'8", Wt. 170 - wow I just realized how tall I am :]
anyways, school starts in september (8th or so?) and I want to lose 20-25 pounds. is is possible? I have 11 weeks. The healthy weight loss is 1-2/2-3 pounds a week. so yes it's possible?
How many calories would I have to eat a day. I exercise ALOT (not trying to brag or anything) But I have no trouble with exercising, I just have trouble with the eating part. I'm on the girls tennis team next year, so I need to get in shape for that/practice, since it's all cardio.
I'm new at this guys..nice comments please?

I wouldn't know on calories just because I have counted calories for 4 days and then I gave up because it was to hard to see the #'s when I went over...or even keep track of the # when I went over because I was going way over!! Then on the days I did good I would be at like 1000 calories!! Both ways it was bad. To lose weight watch what you eat. No soda, small portions, 1 cookie or 100 calories of junk a day(have to give yourself a small treat I normaly use my junk calories on dressings for things), and only eat when your hungry. For excercise just make sure you get up and are moving about 1/2 of your day. Wether it be cleaning, playing a sport, making a healthy snack, watering the plants, or strenght training. Any time your moving and not doing nothing not only are you keeping yourself busy so you arn't eating but your burning calories!! YOu can lose weight!!

I think it's totally possible! Just keep exercising a lot like you said you do and watch what you eat. I suggest giving up all soda and junk food... or eat everything you normaly do but only half of it. Also, don't eat til you're full, eat til your satisfied (like eat a few bites of this and that but don't eat enough to make you full...maybe ten bites of food total). You can always come back for more if you get hungry... and you'll be suprised how many calories you cut back on. And drink tons of water... The more you drink, the less you are hungry because it fills you up and it's healthy.
