Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I did it! I didn't eat at the baseball game.. because it was after 7. I wanted too sooo badly- my friends shared this huge chocolate ice cream and I wanted to try it sooo badly but I said no. This was probably the first time I have had this much self control!
--Another question- If I am not able to walk five miles a day to reach the 35 miles a week ( too busy, etc) will eating less than 1200 calories help me to loose the weight too?

congratulations! i knew you could do it =] but just try and work out when you can but dont starve yourself you should eat all your calories but i have heard grapefruit does burn food but not sure you can give it a try =]

Don't eat less than 1200 calories. Under that starves your body. Just work out when you can.

You did good. Self control is the 1st step to loseing weight!! I really don't think you have to go for 5 miles a day to lose weight...I mean there are so many other things to do just stay active and eat around 1200 calories a day.

That chocolate ice cream was sooooo worth it. Next time, just go for it, think about it .. how much can an ice cream that's 75% air do to yah? Well, anyways, Call us. And next time you're at the Brewer's Game don't talk to the guy selling nuts.
