Ht. 5'3", Wt. 188 - ok so ive been good for the last week but now ive been acting up. i havent been drinking as much water as i should be, ive been eating candy like crazy, and the food hasnt been so healthy because we`ve been celebrating many things this weekend so weve been going out to eat. i also had an ice cream sundae 3 days ina row!!!! im going crazy. now my body is starting to crave junk food again....i cant start this again...ive got to start getting baq into health mode. uugh....i want to lose atleast 20-30 lbs by time school starts up again, maybe about 10 lbs a month?? so people try and send me advice or whatever if u want a weight loss buddy @ malatomami57@aol.com or u can reply.

I have the same problem, you're not alone, I always end up going back to my old ways when I start dieting again! Just try to think about how badly you want to lose the weight before going back to school and how people will be so surprised by how amazing you look! That should stop the cravings or at least make them smaller! Good luck <3 Marlly

i have a couple of diets if you email x3_nadie_x3@yahoo.com i can give em to you also what you should have done is when you went out to eat is maybe picked out healthy foods or not have eaten the entire plate. cravings are hard but maybe isntead of eating the entire ice cream you could have eaten only a couple of bites =] it will get easier i promise
