Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185.5 - Hi everyone I have a huge problem I broke my ankle and now I can't exercise for the minuimum of 4 months. I broke it in 6 spots from jumpiing on my trampoline into are pool well my ankle sort of missed the pool edge and crash it went. I was in rushed to the Emergency Room after that. They say that I can't walk on it for the minimum of 4 months depending on my recovery. And now we have to replace the pool too. My pool water wasn't clear after it if you know what I mean. Well if anyone knows how I can still keep up with my diet and not exercise please help me. Thanks

aww im really sorry about that =[ i hope you get better! but you can always do excersizes that dont use your legs like sit ups.weights.waist twisting and maybe eat a little less since you wont be able to burn as much as you were before good luck and i really hope you get better

Well, you could work your arms while watching TV... use some weights (generally between 3-8 pounds) and do bicep curls.

oo hope u get better! and for exercise you can just do situps if u want like lay on the floor and place your ankle on a pillow or a couch while you do that or something. u can thinkof something. hope u get well soon =)
