Ht. 5ft5, Wt. 160lbs - I thought i'd post some advice here ,that has really been helping me to loose weight.In the post 4months i've gone from a really and i mean really tight size 14 to a really loose size 10 and we are talking trousers up with a belt loose.I have some really good diet tips for anyone who wants them and they really work.

Okay hopefully these tips should help you as much as they helped me
1.Walk ,its the best excersise you can do because you can do it anywhere ,anytime and its free.Get a step counter an aim for at least 10,000 steps a day because every 10,000 steps burns 500 calories and i usually get 20,000 a day.
2.Get a hobby or something that will keep you busy because the main reason everyone eats is boredom ,i find messaging people online/myspace is a great way to keep your hands busy.
3.Sieze the day ,instead of spending all day inside watching tv/online go out and live your own life ,don't watch someone elses.Instead of watching a tv show miss it and go for a walk because there are always repeats but walking instead of watching tv will make you a lot happier.
