Ht. 5'0'', Wt. 150 - I blew it. I ate dinner. It actually didnt affect me that much- but then I had an ice cream sandwich. Thank goodness it was a skinny cow one- only 140 calories. However, tonight I had some really bad cravings for chocolate- i gave in and ate maybe 250 calories worth? I am feeling bad now- how can I beat the cravings?!

Hi..I think I know you from somewhere? Your name sounds familiar ;). Well anyways, dinner is something you're supposed to eat, and if you eat a good one, then you won't be as hungry for chocolate later. I am going through the same thing w/ breaking cravings. The best way is to record how many calories you eat, because then you won't want to blow a low-cal day on a piece of chocolate, it just doesn't seem worth it. Give me a call if you want to talk :)

well ur suppossed to eat dinner to keep your metabolism going so u can burn off foods from earlier and itl give u more nutrients and energy to work it off if u want. cravings usually last for about 15 min, so keep ur self busy within those 15 min. drink water, take a walk, chew gum, do something besides sitting around and thinking about it cuzu then ull give in and thatll lead to binging. u can brush your teeth also cuz then u wont want them to get dirty again. and if u cant stand it, break off a small small piece and savor it, then drink alot of water and u wont be hungry anymore. iif u need n e more tips just reply

sometimes when you get cravings or feel hungry you are really just dehydrated so try drinking water. stopping cravings you can maybe cut it in half so instead of eating the entire bar of chocolate eat maybe 3/4. you know? post a recent picture of you on the fridge and the cabinets and everytime you go to eat you can look at it and ask yourself do i want to stay like this? cravings are the worst =[

Drink diet coke or water ,and every time you go to get some chocolate just drink water/diet coke or maybe do something that will keep you busy.If you have a bebo/myspace message all your contacts its what i do.
