Ht. 5'4", Wt. 143 G130 - im starting my diet tomorrow (mon 19th june)So befor september i want to be 130-125 that about 13-18Lbs how can i do this im going into high schooland i want to look and feel good. O ya and also should i try to eat less bread cause someone said it was bad for you but said not to stop eating just eat less(is that right or is bread good for lossing weight)

15 grain bread or organic bread is the only bread that is good for you. wheat and white have high fructose corn syrup.

no bread is a carb and not all that good for u but wheat bread has benefits.
