I agree with Tomiki. If thats the case, allow yourself ONE DAY to eat something unhealthy.I do that. it gets my cravings out of my system and gets me motivated to eat healthy again.

Personally, I do well not weighing myself to often. I have a habit of allowing myself to overeat when I know I've lost weight...Like, if I lost 5lbs. than of course I can have two slices of cheese pizza! Maybe thats the case with you..? Try staying active and out of the house, weigh yourself only when you feel strong in your resolve to lose weight...
Take it or leave it :)

Thanks for the advice Kellina. I think that the reason why you pig out the next week is because you were to strict with your diet and sometimes that is needed, but there are ways to get around it. Try finding a fruit that you like just as much as junk food. I did that and now I am practically adicted to braeburn apples and seedless green grapes YUMMM... Don't stress yourself out about your weight and eat healthy foods in normal portions and unhealthy foods in smaller portions leaving more left over fot the next day. On January 1, 2006 I weighed 150 at my height and then I started eating healthier foods and lost it within a matter of two months I now weigh 130 and am still striving to lose a bit more. Try going grocery shopping with your parent or guardian or all by yourself and look at the organic food section and get fruits and vegetables and not any processed foods (hotdogs, snoballs, little debbies, etc.). Eat only when you are hungry and eat only untill you are full and don't starve yourself because when your body is hungry it goes into famine mode and eats all of your fat, but when you start eating again you gain it all back. Look at nutrition facts and not just calories look at fiber and total fat. If there is alot of fiber (over 5 grams) and little fat (1-3 grams) with little calories (120 normal snacking size, 200-400 normal breakfast, dinner, and supper size) than you are good to go just try to stay away from eating junk food and listen to what your body tells you. Bye

If you pig out after losing weight, that may mean you were too strict with your diet. Play around with it until you find sometihng healthy and enjoyable.
