Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185.5 - I ate awful again today. I had chicken nuggets from McDonalds and a small frey. Some chips, ICecream and Amgel hair. I can't stop eating junk can anyone help me find a way to stop eating junk?

No that wasn't good, but i think it is good that you limited yourself to a small fry, only some chips, etc. Just realize tomorrow is a new day. I have faith that you can easily move on from this one day of hardship.

i totally know how it is......the only thing i can tell you is this.....eat when you are hungry but eat good stuff. i dont know you so i dont know what you like but say you want icecream......instead of icecream eat low fat yougurt. im currently doing weight watchers so they have some good alternatives to junk...especially when you are at a place like mcdonalds and it seems like that is all they have..but if you have to eat somthing from there opt for a salad or a fruit and yogurt parfait...less fat and calories but they still taste good...just try to get into habit and it will get easier.....dont feel bad though. it happens to all of us, it will happen again so just stick to it. like that one girl said jump back on the wagon. WAY TO GO! YOU'LL DO IT!!!

try low cal, low fat, low sugar whatever and only eat 1/4-1/2 of it and save the rest for tomrrow. and no more mcdonalds or fried foods! just think "if i keep eating it im wasting my time and ill never be thinner". like 2night i had 1/2 and ice cream and a few sips of fruit punch because i needed it.

Hey don't get down about it! We all have our bad days, and you just gotta jump back on the wagon if you fall off. Start small; slowly wean yourself off junk food. Instead of the icecream and chips, try just the icecream. Try low calorie chips or icecream. Hide the junk food if you need to; I know that whenever I first started out dieting, I had my mom hide these brownies that my sister had made. :D It might seem a bit desperate, but atleast I didn't eat them.
