breakfast: cereal (260cal)
lunch: baby-spinach with touch of dressing (20cal)
supper:another salad??
I've had two glasses of root beer and now I'm going to do water and some crunches and other extercises!

NO ROOTBEER! but everything else was great!! Try water instead or maybe flavored water if you dont like regular water so much!! KEEP IT UP =)

THANKS Kaylee! There is 110cal in RB I checked so basicly I just drank 330cal on RB (root beer) alone! OUCH!!! Thanks for the suggestions I'll try V8 and add more fruit to my diet. I also drank some hot tea(0cal) cool, huh?

good but try and add some fruit to your cerial like banana or strawberries. They are so good for you!! Also I know we can't change all habbits at once but have you read the lable on rootbear or any soda?? They have so much sugar in them!! It's horrible for you. Try cutting down a little at a time to no more than one a week. Water is always best!! Try diet V-8 splash for a really sweet low cal drink. It had sugar but nothing like soda or most sweetened juices. Keep it up!! ONe day at a time!! you can make your goals!!
