Ht. 5'4, Wt. 134 - Hey everybody! I just wanted to post a message to share my success with everyone!! I started dieting around February, and my beginning weight was 185 pounds. I had always been a pretty petite girl, but I started going to a new school where you left for lunch, SO I pretty much ate McDonalds and fried food everyday! Anyways, it hit me awhile ago that I couldn't live like that any longer and that I needed to get back to my normal size. I first just started dieting, eating lots of lean protein and salads. I was losing weight, but not too much. I got one of my friends to start walking with me and we would walk everywhere together! I still treated myself when I would go out to eat, and if I had a craving for chocolate then I would eat a few small pieces! 3 months ago I got a membership to a gym called FITWORKS. I was working out 3 times a week for an hour a day. The weight just started flying off!! The past month I have been working out twice a day (usually, sometimes I can't make it both times) for an hour and I've never felt better in my life! I'm down to 134 pounds as of today!! All of my friends who haven't seen me since around February (I didn't really have much of a life besides hanging with my closest friends) didn't even recognize me, I always hear how good I look and it just keeps pushing me further to my goal, which is 120 :). It's not impossible to lose weight, you just need to have willpower!! Keep your faith and good luck everyone!!

Your starting wieght is about my weight and your about my height (I'm 5'5) I hope to get insperation from you! CONGRATS on losing your weight and all!
