Hi everyone I am trying to lose 22 pounds. I am 10 stone 10 pounds (150 pounds)according to this site I should weigh anywhere from 91 pounds to 128 pounds. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

what you should do is eat a lot of fruits and veggies, chicken and fish. And no red meat. um jog outside or go on the tredmill if you have one. you could use a hula hoop ten min. a day for 30 days. and if you want you could use an abswing you just need to use it 5 min. a day for 14 days! and i heard that green tea burns fat!!! :-D

Try jump roping everyday 4 10 minutes w/o stopping. at first, you can start out with 2 minutes then work your way up. also do 25 to 30 crunchies a day or night and in like 5 days you'll be in pretty good shape, but dont stop there. doing 25-30 every night is good, but doing 500 2 times a year will just leave you with sore muscles.
