Thanks for the advice before! y do u need to lose 50 pounds?try jump roping everyday for 10 minutes straight. but 1st start out jumping rope for 2 minutes then 5 and so on. also do 25 to 30 crunchies a day. that'll make u pretty fit in only 5 days! but dont stop there. keep going. doing 25-30 is good everday. doing 500 twice a year just leave sore mucsels and duznt do any thing!
