Oh and by the way, it's me again (I posted the last time) The thing about being teased...I know a lot of people will probably say "Oh just ignore it!" or "Don't pay attention to them, they just wanna see you suffer." But I know...it's not that easy as they say it is. You can't just simply ignore them, and pretend they're not saying anything. Because those words that people say to overweight kids, well, it hurts. Sorry for not being a big help, but, there's really not anything I can say about being teased at school. But I can say one thing: You can change. You can become thinner, become more "popular". But when you really think about it, isn't it just simply your BODY that's changing, and not YOU? So, just make sure you know that having a healthy, normal weight IS important, but don't let it control your life.

Try not to overeat. As everyone says, it's always hard at first but when you get the hang of it, it's much easier! But that doesn't mean you don't have to eat! Of course you eat, if you don't you'll get really sick and look way too thin. Eat three healthy foods a day, excersise (like walking, biking, normal everyday things). Maybe the next time you decide to eat at McDonalds, you can eat at Subway or something. The trick is, don't overeat. It's okay to be hungry, and it's okay to eat, but just put it in the back of your head every time you eat a lot that you have to be aware of what you're putting in your body. But that doesn't mean you have to spend your every waking moment obsessing over your weight! Just be aware, that's all. Good luck!
