Ht. 5'3", Wt. 154 - Today's food: Breakfast- 1 low-fat poptart Snacks- 1 tortilla and 1 peanut south beach diet bar(yum! ps I am not on the diet.) Lunch- 1 teriaki burger, 6 fries, non- fat milk, small salad, and cucumbers and tomatos in italian dressing. Dinner- going out, don't know. How do you think I have done? Thanks for posting!!

Oh, and for dinner I had a huge turkey bacon avocado sandwich from Mimi's Cafe with so me fries. I split the meal in half and my mom ate it the next day for lunch.
