Ht. 5'5, Wt. 167 - i am 166 lbs and that is a lot of weight, and i know i am over weight. i wear a size 10 jeans. and the rest of my sisters are older and skinnier and make fun of me. like my sister is a size 1 or 3. i really need to loose weight! if anyone has any tips on loosing weight, please tell me! but i am not looking for tips that will make me build musles; i have way more than i need. o yea and anyone who says crunches help are wrong, because the only help build musles and you wont even be able to see results if you have fat in your tummy. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hey, I have the same problem only that I'm losing weight. I go to Weight Watchers. It is a great program. It will change your eating habits and make you a happier and healther program.
