Lay on your side, and put the top leg across the bottum1, then lift the bottum leg up like 25 times, do this to to both legs every night b-4 u go to bed!

dude you need to run!!!!!!!! that will help out so much. When you wake up and go to bed do about 5 crunches if you dont know what that is ask your dad.

Iam in your position but give your hopes uo. Eat healthy.Salads.Its very hard because I am going thru it also. But don't eat alot.And most of all don't let people bring you down.
