HI IM 12 YEARS OLD ANDI WEIGH 131 LBS MY FAMILY SAYS IM TOO BIG FOR MY AGE AND I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST IM NOT THE BIGGEST GIRL AT SCHOOL BUT I WANT TO FEEL GOOD AND HAPPY ABOUT MY SELF I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD EAT AND WHAT I SHOULDNT EAT SOMETIMES I WANT TO CRY BECAUSE IM SO TIRED OF BEING LIKE THIS BUT WHAT FREAKS ME OUT IS THAT WHEN IM NOT HUNGRY IM LIKE FULL I WANT TO AT BECAUSE IM BORED I ALWAYS DO THAT SO CAN U LEASE HELP ME THANX

hey want i would say is that don't eat when your borded. and run every morning before school. then by that time your tummy will shrink and then you won't want to eat as much.

if u find ur self eating cuz ur bored then throw down that food and go outside and play or do somthing active to subsatuit that food and then u wont be bored eaither

you should take up an activity that will keep you going. eat less fatty foods. eat more healthy foods. and lastly exercise.
