Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155-160 - does anyone know if the workout tape pilates work ?
and what is a good balanced diet plan. im 5"5 and about 155-160 lbs..yeah i hate it and i want to be atleast 130 by spring break..is that a possible goal, my spring break is in like 44 days. thnkz <3

try doing a diet with friends that are noverweight

hey, I think that you shouldn't rush yourself too much too soon i think you should take your time and be kind to yourself, in stead of rushng into things.

only if u really buckle down. i am 150 pounds and i want to be 130 pounds by spring break too. i say we workout 4-5 days a week, 20-30 mins. per day. We can also eat smaller portions. please post your progress for me and i'll do the same for you. good luck!!!
