Ht. 1.65metres, Wt. 68 to 71 - I really do not know how to do...Because last time my friends will call me names...I feel very sad...But nowdays they don't call me often...I have thought about losing weight and i lose weight by starving myself...And soom i have gastric...And i really want your opinion about how many kilograms should I lose than I would be acceptable weight?And I also need to ask u Lucy,I have try yr weight calculator here and when i type i am 67.5kg and 1.65metres they say I am at risk of becoming overweight so I would want to know whether am i overweight or i am acceptable weight whan they say that I am a t risk of becoming overweight?Thanks

1st, u r not overweight yet. 2nd, your friends are not good friends if they tease u. they r making themselvs feel beter. 3rd, don't starve yourself cuz all the weight will come back and you risk your health. try readin the diet for teenagers only. it teaches u healthy eating. but remebr, u r not overweight yet ut if u insist on losin weight good luck!

when they say "At risk or becoming overweight" they mean...you are not overweight yet...you are at the top of ur healthy weight range...at first try maintaining your weight but if ur really down try drinking 2 litres of water a day and go for a 45min walk a day! Good Luck

i really dont think that you need to lose any wegith man i wish that weighed that much
i think that 70 to 60 pounds is not really bad really
so i hope that you can email me soon so we can mabey be friends and start an freind ship i can give you really great advise

i really dnt think u should starve urself when u want to lose weight. and u should tell ur freinds that u dont appreciate them callin u names even if nowadays its only ever so often. u dnt need to go on a diet u should just eat healthier u know like instead of cooking a meal in the microwave try and make something from scratch, its something to do to stop u binge eating and its a lot healthier. use small plates because it causes the illusion that the portion is bigger and u cannot eat it all, and u feel better knowing that u have left some.
try this way and see if it helps.
