Hi. I have a BIG problem! I was at 3 parties this week all in a row,ok. I weighed myself 5 days ago and I was only 150lbs. Today I weighed myself.........and I was 173lbs! I can't believe it! How could I have put on SO much weight in 5 days! I have to buy all new clothes cuz none of them fit me! And now my stomaghs that big I can't even see my feet when I stand up! :-( Everyone keeps sayin to me: O my god what happened and did you eat a hot air balloon! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK! Thanx

hi melissa i am 12 and weigh around 123 pounds and i dont like the way i look either! Nobody should be making fun of you though! I would just have to say lean off eating lots of junk food that just makes it worse to eat that. Maybe really try to exercise. go running, just try to get outside and do something! If you need anything just ask

Hi melissa. I am 12 and i weigh abou 146 pounds. I no how t feels to weigh that much and i have gained weight gin on vacations and it is like impossible to gt it off. Every diet u tryis like eatinga whole chocolate cake.The point is when u go to an accasion where u tend not to watch what you eat just remind yourself of how much weight u gained last time you went to an accasion. And another thing i also no how it feels to be made fun of cause how fat u r, it really hurts but just remmber its not whats on the outside that counts it whats on the inside, and remember m thinking of you when ever someone makes fun of you and that your not alon in this overweight club of ours. lso remembr that wedefinatly will losse his weight and be proud of our selves. im thining of you!,

Hey Melissa! You and me have almost the same exact problem. I was once called at school a Fat Butt. I weigh 185 lbs. This summer me and my family are going on a diet,cause im sick of not fitting into clothes and not feeling healthy. Maybe this will help!
A. Morning: Eat a healthy ceral ( Frosted Flakes )
B. Afternoon: Have what you would like but, make it into small portion sizes
C. Afternoon: Instead of watching tv, take a walk,ride your bike,go swimming
D. Have a healthy dinner ( watch your portion sizes!! )
E. Get 8-9 hours of sleep!!

u might wanna go to the doctor and see if u might have thiroyd problems cuz thats wat i have 1 week i will be 90 an the next i will be 17 i understand how u feel usually when people have dramatic weigh gain it because of thiroyd problems.

why don't you stop eating fatty foods, and eat less of them. and eat more healthy ones, and then exercise more.

What I think is this - it is physically impossible to gain 20 pounds in 5 days. the amount of food you would need to consume would be so huge that your body would have to reject it eventually I mean you would vomit. Your body cannot produce fat that quickly it doesn't work that way. To gain 20 pounds that fast would cause a heart attack. Either there is something wrong with your scales or you are exaggerating quite a lot!
